Key Policies
Payment
A service agreement outlining the scope of work, terms, and conditions must be agreed upon and signed by all parties before the commencement of services.
Fees must be paid up front and in full before services begin. Fees are also project-based and fixed. Payments are accepted through Clover, Venmo, PayPal, or by check.
If the client is late in paying fees, services may be postponed until the full payment is received. Late fees may contribute to delays in the completion of services.
Writing projects include up to one revision, which must be requested by the client within four months of receiving a draft. A revision consists of reasonable textual edits to the original draft and does not include new grant opportunities, new program development, or substantial restructuring.
Cooperation of Client
The client must confirm that they represent a charitable organization and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of their organization.
The client agrees to comply with requests for information as may be reasonably necessary for the performance of services.
The client understands that any delays in responding to requests for information may result in delays in the completion of services.
The client is responsible for submitting grant applications and retains approval authority over the content of grant proposals and other work products.
The client understands that grant funding decisions are at the sole discretion of third-party funders and assumes all risks associated with submission outcomes. Artistry Grants LLC does not make any guarantees to the client, expressed, or implied, of grant funding.
Relationship of Parties
The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors.
Neither party will have the authority to contract for or bind the other party in any manner whatsoever.
Artistry Grants LLC may collaborate with subcontractors and consultants to perform some services.
